The Japanese Whaling Fleet has finally resorted to
attempted murder!

The Japanese have escalated their whale poaching to
attempted murder!

The Japanese ship Shonan Maru No. 2 has intentionally rammed and ripped a huge part of the bow off the Seashepherd ship Ady Gil, causing it to start to sink in the frigid arctic waters of the Antarctic.

The small and fast catamaran was sitting at rest in the ocean when the Shanon Maru No. 2 started up and rammed it, and it was all captured on video.

The Ady Gil has now sunk according to Seashepherd. The Japanese think they are above the law. They think they can kill endangered whales, lie to the public, poison their own people and attempt to kill anyone opposing them.
DO SOMETHING NOW. Start passing out the poster and tell people to protest and not to buy anything Japanese!

Watch The Japanese ship Shonan Maru No.2 as it intentionally runs down the Ady Gil, running over it with a ship a hundred times larger.

Notice as well they are firing the LRAD AND WATER CANNONS at the unmoving Seashepherd ship attempting to disorient and prevent the crew from avoiding the collision.
This is pre-meditated attempted murder!
After running down the ship the Japanese left the crew to die in the fridgid waters ignoring their may-day!
PLEASE BOYCOTT ALL JAPANESE PRODUCTS.

This is video captured by the Japanese themselves showing the Japanese ship accelerating into the small boat as it attempts to get underway. The fact that it was manned is obvious. As you can see the Japanese attacked the Ady Gil with intent to harm or kill the occupants and sink the ship. The Japanese Captain is obviously guilty of attempted Murder on the high seas and should be be held accountable.

As an update the Ady Gil has been reported sunk.

The fight to save whales is no longer about stopping them from suffering. Now its about attempted Murder! Obviously the Japanese think that its OK for them to take action that is GUARANTEED to put life at risk, to attempt to kill people.

You MUST take action. Write to the Japanese Government and demand that they take action OR YOU WON'T BUY ANY MORE CARS TV'S OR ANYTHING ELSE JAPANESE!

Remember, the people in the Ady Gil are acting law enforcement officers acting under UN charter and the Supreme Court of Australia to stop poaching in the Southern Ocean.

These Japanese whalers are not just trying to run down protestors, they are attempting to kill or maim law enforcement officers. They are potential cop killers and if you are a law enforcement officer anywhere in the world please do something. Spread the word and raise money in your precinct. Do not kid yourself, the Japanese Whalers attempted to kill or maim fellow law enforcement officers. Get together and raise awareness and raise money for Seashepherd. As a law enforcement officer you know what it takes to run towards danger rather than away from it. Don't let your fellow officers down!

I posted this site over a year ago and things have only become worse for whales. The International Waling Commission is no longer supporting the moratorium on whaling. That means that commercial whaling will begin again. If that happens whales will be extinct within less than ten years. So unless you are prepared to do something NOW your children will never see a live whale. Whales will go the way of the Dinosaurs.

Please take action NOW. DON'T WAIT AND DONT THINK THOSE IN GOVERNMENT WILL HELP. The Governements will not act. They have already proven that. Look at what they are doing right now!

Canada:
Illegally seized a protestor ship outside the 12 mile limit for "seeing" seals being killed. The government of Canada is now in the process of selling the seized ship without TRIAL OR CHARGES. Welcome to Communist Canada.

The US
Despite the look of supporting sea creatures they have appointed a commissioner to the whaling commission that supports Japan whaling legally.

Japan
Is paying millions upon millions of dollars to third world countries to vote with it to start whaling again.

Australia
Allowed the Japan to push it into seizing all the video tape put together by Animal Planet to prevent the world from finding out what Japan is doing.

The list can go on and on and if YOU don't do something no one will.

What we as ordinary people can do to stop this starting today:

On this site you will find a PDF of a simple poster. I want each of you reading this site to simply download the poster and print two hundred or so at your local print shop. It should cost less than $10 to get them printed. Then, with the help of a few friends walk around your neighbourhood and drop them off at each house.

When you are out shopping drop the posters off at any shop you go into, especially places that sell electronics coming from Japan. Let the business owner know that you will no longer be buying products from Japan and tell them to tell the Japanese suppliers that they need to put pressure on their government or you will not be buying any of their products.

If each of us does this in our own neighbourhoods than people across the world will know what is happening and we can create a powerful force that will stop this inhuman method of whaling. Pass this site on to everyone you meet or talk to. Get the this information out. No matter where you live get people to print the posters and join you in making a difference. Tell everyone to watch the video and pass the site around.

Please help me turn this into a giant movement that will reach across the seas.

Now there may be some of you that think that whaling is just like fishing and that there is nothing wrong with letting it go on the way it is.

Whales, unlike fish, are huge mammals and do not die easily. They are, in fact one of the most difficult creatures on this planet to kill. There are many reasons for this but the bottom line is that while they are dying (up to and over an hour in many cases) they are suffering terribly because of the type of wounds that are inflicted on them. And because there is no quick and easy way to tell if a whale is dead they are often slaughtered alive and conscious.

If you still need a reason to go out this evening and drop off a few posters imagine for a moment what it would be like to be awake as you were operated on. This is exactly how many whales die, being slowly sliced apart and skinned alive. No animal deserves that, especially after suffering intolerable pain for half an hour or more before the skinning starts.

Download the PDF by clicking here and hand it out to everyone you meet. Give it to waitresses in restaurants when you have a coffee. Give it to co-workers and storekeepers. Drop a few off at the library or when you go out. Hand them out wherever you go, when people know what is happening they will take action because I believe that most people are decent and don’t want animals to suffer.
